Trail Reviews

- Jun 10, 2010 - This trail is very difficult to follow since there are half a dozen variations of it thanks to the abundance of user trails. Chances are you will make it to the lake as long as you can hear the stream. Hundreds of beautiful waterfalls to be seen in the spring as the stream cascades down this steep canyon, which is really the highlight of the trail in my opinion. This lake is too shallow to support a fish population and supports a very healthy mosquito hatch! The huge spring above the far end of the lake is worth exploring.   -   [sdkesselring]
