Trail Reviews

- Jun 13, 2010 - This trail, as of my hike of it, was significantly overgrown in many areas with various brush and, more importantly, copious amounts of poison oak. Additionally, there were several trees down across the trail, though they were relatively easy to cross or bypass. The view from the ridge was nice and once we were down to the creeks, it was quite pleasant. There were no particularly established camp sites to be found, though a fire ring had been built in a decent area which we used ourselves. There were no other hikers the entire weekend that I was aware of. If the trail were clear, this would be a relatively easy hike and generally recommended, but the amount of effort spent avoiding the poison oak and pushing through the brush made it generally not worth it.  -   [Ross]
