Trails Co-Op - Little Kane Creek Trail

- Dec 31, 1969 - My son and I hiked Little Kane today and found the trail and hike very enjoyable. It starts steep, has a nice easy section in the middle, and then ends very steep for the last half mile. The trail was in quite good shape most every where, but once in a while became a deep narrow rut due to erosion. Just before the final section of switchbacks, the trail became difficult to locate, but if you stick with it you will find it just before the final ascent. We started up the trail at 9:00, made it to the top about 12:30, and then were back to our vehicle by 2:30. It was very scenic and we enjoyed it very much.
